Important Info

Who Can Enter Iceland:

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, Iceland is only open if you are fully vaccinated or can provide proof of previous infection.

  • Acceptable vaccines are Moderna, Pfizer, and Johnson and Johnson, and AstraZeneca are accepted. You must have gotten both shots, if applicable. Your CDC card is acceptable proof.

  • You can see the criteria for the "Certificate of previous COVID-19 infection" here. In short, you need a positive PCR test at least 14 days old or proof of antibodies - and either document must contain all the personal and lab details listed in the link.

All passengers must take a PCR test at the border upon landing.

If you do not fit either of these categories, or if you suspect that you might test positive at the border, you will unfortunately not be able to participate in this trip.
